Founded by Chris Whittaker in 2003, Whittaker Contracting has grown to 110 employees, who include boilermakers, light and heavy vehicle fitters, machinists, apprentices and various contracts across New South Wales.
Our rapid growth over the years is due to employee loyalty, team effort and pride in the work we deliver. The growth allows us to supply a variety of coverage to ensure responsiveness to the requirements of our clients and deliver quality services.
We aim to provide quality services and products supported by the expertise of our industry trained professionals. Working closely with our clients, we provide proactive engagement from our team in all aspects of the project. We deliver our clients the benefits of a privately owned business with family values. Whittaker Contracting currently employs a team of approximately 100 trade qualified, experienced and professional employees who are situated in various locations around New South Wales, working on a variety of mining and civil earth works machinery. There are also numerous apprentices who are currently undertaking heavy diesel fitting and boilermaking apprenticeships.
